So, air quality is horrible again thanks to... some fire somewhere. I tried to look up where it is but between my computer not liking flashy graphics and the utter incomprehensibility of news websites, I can't figure out which one. Also, the local news is worth nothing. 'Oh, air quality is going to be 'very unhealthy tomorrow!' *smilesmile!!!!*

So much for my plan of going running tomorrow. Back to the free weights it is! *sulks, wants to run* At least I got a run in on Sunday.

Also, it is hot. Bleh.

In other news, I am running the anesthesia on a really long and involved case today, which is cool.
