I hate 8am classes at any time of year, and I totally hear you about being dragged out for the rest of the day. If it's possible for you, go and take a half-hour nap somewhere. I'll do that and I feel much more awake and good to go the rest of the day.
Don't keep putting off the catheter, luv. The longer you do, the worse your anxiety is likely to get. So do it. Take a deep breath, remind yourself that youdo know what you are doing (and you do), and then put the catheter in.
