So, today, all my patients have either died or have been sent home to die. And I've felt mildly idiotic with bursts of supremely idiotic all day long. (Dear self: Nephropathy, not neuropathy. Different words. WAY different meaning. Only one makes sense in the case you were presenting.)
And I've got yet another faculty clinician telling me to stop being so hard on myself. *facepalm*
Clinical year: FUN TIMES, WHEE.
Okay, yeah, and I totally cried twice today. But once, the owner started it, and the second time 'cause I was holding for a euthanasia and she was purring, damnitall.
