Being rant-y

61 cats. Not counting the ones that were too feral, too sick, or too young. I'm going to have to have a looooooooooong talk with my co-worker. Having to vaccinate and CE 61 cats in two hours is utterly unreasonable.
In other news, I now have the firm belief that everyone who wants to be hired by the shelter should have to see a euthanasia before hire. I am so tired of people flipping out because they didn't prepare enough. Gah. Thanks, I wasn't stressed enough, let me listen to you wail and moan endlessly.
A little intelligent online conversation, is that too much to ask? Wen was on, and that was very nice (Hurrah on Wen's new job! Another person converted to techerism...), but the rest... I think I killed brain cells.
My poor pup had parvo! *smites parvovirus* It was a sweet kid too... Figgers we manage to get through the whole summer without a major parvo outbreak, and we start getting them in September. Grrrrrrrr...
