In the previous post, I mentioned my new roommate seemed to be, miraculously sane.

Previous roommates, not so sane. A few weeks ago, I moved out of the old apartment (YAY). Now, let me clarify that the whole day we were there, there was No One else there. At all. Total abandonment.
