Dear Lady Seen While Taking My Fuzzy Dog For A Walk:
Kudos to you for having the confidence to wear a dress with an extremely high hemline. I, personally, would have hid in the car all night in a dress that short, but I'm not fond of my thighs, so there you have it. However, and as I'm sure you've heard on the news, in the Central Valley the delta breeze is actually something more like a seasonal, continuous near-tropical storm. So it is a bit windy tonight, yes. That said, and given the... sparing amount of fabric alloted to the area south of the equator, might I make a suggestion?
Wear underwear.
I won't even go so far as to say nylons, because I hate them too (with the strength of a thousand suns) but... Underwear would have been a good choice.

Isn't it a bit... cold?
