Sending patients home
It is then I realize this:
I CAN GO HOME SOON!

In non-haiku form (it's national haiku day today), I'm sending both of my inpatients home (the last one in an hour), so... I can go home after that! *shock* I still need to do a bit of cleaning, but not much, and a bit of packing, but also not much, and a bit of cat-catching (... much), but then!

HOME! FOR CHRISTMAS! YAY!



*eyes all the autumns* My only defense is they are pretty pretty dragons.

1120: Home from the hospital, and free to do as I like until 0730 on 1/1/09. Estimated Time of Departure from Davis: 1230. Time to rock and roll.
1147: Kitchen clean. Moving on to bathrooms.
1157: Downstairs bathroom clean. Sopping wet boy!cat dried despite protests. Am no longer on boy!cat's 'nice' list. Good thing boy!cat isn't Santa.
1217: Running out of time. Bathrooms clean, dryer on last bit of cycle, most of clothing packed, cat freaked out.
1233: Still not king gone. But the house is clean. Just waiting on the dryer. Must remember to bring cat food and printer. Pile by door officially started with the pile of CDs which ate Hong Kong.
