Jun. 26th, 2009 12:04 ama) The desk and closet are clean. The floor is not, as there are various piles still left for shredding/throwing away/putting in their proper places, but most of the pack-rat-ness has been eliminated.

There's still some things I probably should trash that I'm hanging on to.
It's a process, people.
b) Signing up for internet and cable in a new apartment should not be as difficult as it was. But it's done. Internet will (supposedly) be up on the 1st, and cable to follow on the 4th. Awesome.
c) So it's all over the news that Michael Jackson is dead.
Now, let's be honest. The man was... somewhat (almost entirely) not mentally normal, and had deeply questionable morals, but...
He was a damn fine entertainer. Mom, sis and I spent this evening watching his old music videos - Thriller, Smooth Criminal, ABC (he was a freakishly cute kid), Earth Music (... whut?), Black and White... and his dance moves, that man could pop like nobody's business.
We'll miss your music, dude. We really will.
