So no, we didn't finish at 3pm yesterday. As we were cleaning up (at 2:50pm), a cow came in. We were there until 5pm finishing off the cow.

We all pitched in on the cow so one person wouldn't be doomed to stay until 7 or something, and as I was getting the sciatic nerve and a bit of muscle... the muscles were twitching in my hands as I was cutting. Waugh. I mean the cow is very very obviously dead, but the muscles still... twitched. Gag.

Three more days of 'official' path floor, and then one day on call, and then done! YAY.

Yesterday: 35 minutes circuit training with weights
Today: 25 minutes cardio circuit training, 184 situps per Week 4 day 1 of the challenge, and restarted the pushups challenge at week one due to body's total failure to accept that this is the new reality, for a total of 20 pushups. They were, actually, a little less weaksauce than the last time around, but I wasn't able to do the last round of five, so. Better form, less power? Or something? La.
