She bit me!

The cat bit me. Little brat. Of course, I can't blame her too much, she has a stone in her bladder that fills it almost entirely. Guess what Dr. Chad gets to do tomorrow? Geh. I scrubbed the living daylights out of the wound, and the cat is on a ten-day rabies hold... I'll be fine. And to satisfy my paranoid tendencies, I'm calling my own doc tomorrow to see if I should be on antibiotics. Even though I scrubbed the living daylights out of it.
*glowers* Kitten ruined my perfect record.

On slightly different news... am I the only one who thinks it is uber-spiffy that I knocked out two cats today with injectable anesthesia? I hit the veins, I didn't shoot the drug into the muscle, I didn't get stuck on the excitatory phase...

Well I think it's cool. The radiograph Robert and I took of a 140 pound Rottie (dear Eru, the dog's almost bigger than I am...) was pretty cool too. Dog has an osteosarcoma - the bone is literally being blown apart. Looks neat, bet it hurts like the dickens. No wonder he didn't want me measuring his leg.

I can't believe she bit me...

Aww Ro... mean cat. We have a mean cat at work that bites someone every 10 days. The owners brought her in to put her down, but she always bites someone so we haven't had the chance to. Now Dr. Mike is making me worried and says we're keeping her as an office cat... her name is Cookie...
