So, my new credit card still hasn't come. And, as I found out last night, it's been inactivated again (for my own good, no doubt).

But they did manage to get my bill to me today!

*grumbles yea mightily and prepares to call them YET AGAIN WTF*

EDIT: It's amazing how much more polite and less freaking patronizing people get when they realize your correct form of address is 'Doctor'. *eyerolls yea mightily* Dingbats. Just get me my card.
