It's been a busy couple of days, as evidenced by my lack of posty-ness.
Had two midterms... a not-so-evil A&P and a slightly evil Microbio. Thank goodness that's over with. Now I gotta prepare for the scary Dr. Peters exam coming up. *shivers* Now _that_ guy can write hard tests. What's worse, he doesn't think they're scary.
Made plans to go to a symposium this weekend. I get to go back to my alma mater! *bounces slightly* I say that, but I'm really looking forward to the Dos Coyotes that I'm going to drag my friends to afterwards. I have so been missing fresh mexican food. And of course I'll have to show my friends (they're future vet-techers too) the cows, and the horses... and the sheep! It's lambing time at Davis! Maybe the coffee house will be open, wouldn't that rock... they have the _best_ food there.
*sighs*
Can you tell I miss Davis? Someday I'll go back... those vet school people will let me in eventually. Just gotta keep pounding on the door.
I have found that I am enormously fond of movie quotes. Before every midterm (and to myself, stop staring!) I say "Lets play ball!" like Pierce Brosman in "Thomas Crowne Affair". *snickers* Lightens the mood a bit for me. Since I tend to obsess, that's a very good thing.
Oh, I was going over my notes for the next chappie in my story, and I had a random elf(tm) say "Look sir, fresh tracks!" (Lame, I know... everything gets re-worked). However... that is almost the exact same line as the Stormtrooper's line in Star Wars when they are tracking the droids on Tantooine. O.O Okay... I need to watch fewer movies, oh yes.

As long as you don't have the twins quoting C-3PO and R2D2, you're okay. :)

You do obsess too much, which is why you need a lazy person like me around to make jokes at appropriate(or inappropriate, as they may seem) moments to keep you from being too stressed out.

Besideswhich, I don't know how someone as smart as you can worry so much about tests. Sure everybody worries, but smart people have less to worry about.

I don't worry enough, as I've said, which is a problem for me because I'm not that smart. >_> Feel free to borrow some of my "unworriedness" because it's needed much more over there than it is here.

*yawn* Going back to bed now. Curse the evil 6-1 shift, and a plague upon the people who conveniently make me stay an hour too long. Gr.

Hah!

You only _think_ I'm smart! If I fail these darn tests, then you'll see all the lame-brainness that I've been hiding. *evil cackle* Yes, I'm nuts. I'm sitting in the computer lab trying to convince myself that going to the 2hr A&P lecture that starts in... *checks watch* 10 minutes would be a good idea. I should go - one of the gals I'm carpooling up to Davis with will be there, and needs directions to my house. *sighs* Wanna skip.
Oh well. I'll get some nice sketching done. Who to draw, who to draw....

*joins you in cursing evil shift-setting people* They're nassssty, precious.

First of all, I know you're nuts. :) We both are. It's the only way to be. (You've gotta know that anyone who can argue with me about absolutely nothing for an hour is completely crazy. Hee.)

Sane people are boring, after all.

Even if you don't do well on the tests, it dosen't mean you're not smart. :P So 'ha'. If you ever do prove yourself to be stupid, then I'll be proved wrong. Good luck on that one. :D

Ooh compy lab, fun. I'd wondered however you managed to post a comment while you were at school. By the way, gonna upload the new icon? I'm already tempted to do more...Eep, the addictive icon-making-ness.
