The character (and the icon who goes with him) is one of Artemis' (the uber-cool writer/iconmaker/overall cool person) characters from the Department of Bad Roleplay. His name, if the icon hasn't totally given it away, is Intern Archer. Halley doesn't like him much, and Talia doesn't like him at all. Poor, poor Archer.
