- Safely home from Tahoe, with the mountain passes braved in my little stickshift, sis staying with me for the night (6am flight, which means she needs to be there at 5, which means hullo 4am wake-up call.)
- Thanksgiving food absolutely wonderful (as always), with stuffing, pork and apples, and pumpkin pie safely in my fridge (but not for long!). Fairly sure I've undone months of dieting. Totally worth it. YUM.
- James Bond movie rocketh my socks. MUCH BETTER than anything Brosman (sp?) has been involved with. I can totally see this guy as Bond. Also, good move keeping Dame Judy Dench as M. She's a marvellous M.
- 'Prairie Home Companion' also rocketh my socks. It's so very like the radio show it isn't even funny. (except it is. I adore Lefty and Dusty) If you haven't heard the show yet, DO SO. Best thing on radio.
- From the sis: Torchwood is awesome. Watch out for the cannonballs. Beware of the pink rabbits.
- No, I have not been supplying my sis with weed. I'm not that sort of Californian (sis: Much to my unhappiness).
- Note: If one is having a bake sale, one should do one's own cooking. That's all I have to say about that. (sis: With magic brownies)
- Tahoe stores are uninspiring as usual. I think if they weren't all selling outdoor clothing, (sis: weed), art, or carved black bears with cutsey signs, they might actually make it. Exception to rule: Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. See above for YUM. (Sis: *sad* But no magic brownies!)
- I'm not sure she's actually my sis. She may have been switched at birth. It's a busy hospital.
- Sis: Hey, you're the one who's premature. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything, but I thought I'd point that out.
- Note: Don't go hiking with dad.
- Sis: Note: Whenever you hear the words 'shortcut', or 'scenic route', or 'short'... 'just short'... RUN.
- Dude. The bloody miniature poodle Won AGAIN. WTF. Grr Argh. The Irish Setter was much prettier. All that pretty copper.
- Sis's football team won. Gig'em Aggies!
- Sis: That's Texas A&M, if you didn't know.
- Am now going bedwards, as stated before, friggin' 4am. ew. (sis: Soooorry) And then treatment crew. But! Short day. Yay. (sis: Hey, you could spring for the taxi)
