People change over time. I used to want to be a vet. My plan at the moment is to be a zookeeper, but going into zoo education is crossing my mind regularly. Maybe Family and Consumer Science 'click'ed with her in a way being a doctor didn't. How's about asking her why she switched directions? Her answer might surprise you. I'm with you on the bit about the most important role of being a mother and wife (important, but there is more to a woman's life than being a wife and mother), though. There are 'Christians' out there that make me want nothing to do with Christianity. And then I remember that I *am* a Christian. Which leads me to remember that not every Christian out there is like those that make me want to distance myself from Christianity. There are Christian women that desire a career and a life that's based on more than how clean the house is and how many kids she has.
