In other news, I have taken pictures of my adorable doggy, Fozzie. Sadly, the cable for my camera has gone AWOL. *facepalm* I am hoping I just put it somewhere highly inventive and didn't actually leave it at home.

I bet I left it at home. Go team me!

Anyway, Fozzie got his first walk today, which went pretty well once I got the harness on him. He doesn't seem to be aggressive on-leash towards other dogs, and was quite happy to ignore the squirrels. On the other hand? Totally not food motivated. This could get interesting. He also got his first clip today (not kidding about the walking mop thing - if any dog has ever looked like he could be a muppet, it'd be this one), and he needed it badly - he was matted everywhere! I'm not sure I did that great a job on him, but at least the mats are off.

EDIT: I did manage to put my camera cable somewhere terribly ingenious and absolutely impossible to find later. I really need to stop doing that. Anyway. PICTURES! Martha likes to scope out the hallway before actually leaving the bedroom I keep her in while I'm at school. Nooot the bravest little kitty ever.


We had a thunderstorm yesterday. Martha spent most of her time up in her cat tree - this is when the storm had been over for some hours and she's only then deciding it is okay to come down.

Got 100% on the first try on the disease test (Howser) and Addict on the second... Couldn't tell the difference between LSD and Ecstasy... and between something else, don't remember which one. Had the questions been in a different order, would have done much better. I should have paid more attention to illegal drugs section of toxicology...
