Because there's no way out of all of the companions only five would constitute 'all of the Doctor's companions'. *SULKS AT RTD* Or even seven, counting Mickey and Jackie. Or eight, if one really has to count the ex-Prime Minister. *eyeroll* That was a stretch, RTD.
