Jan. 29th, 2009 08:12 amSo no, we didn't finish at 3pm yesterday. As we were cleaning up (at 2:50pm), a cow came in. We were there until 5pm finishing off the cow.

Three more days of 'official' path floor, and then one day on call, and then done! YAY.
Yesterday: 35 minutes circuit training with weights
Today: 25 minutes cardio circuit training, 184 situps per Week 4 day 1 of the challenge, and restarted the pushups challenge at week one due to body's total failure to accept that this is the new reality, for a total of 20 pushups. They were, actually, a little less weaksauce than the last time around, but I wasn't able to do the last round of five, so. Better form, less power? Or something? La.
