Today I start the Nutrition rotation, which... has no prereading. And no appointments today. I have no idea what we'll be doing. Whee?

On Saturday: 20 minutes circuit training, plus 224 situps per Week 4 day 2 of the challenge.
On Sunday: Long walk. And sleeping in. Totally hardcore.
Today: 30 minutes of circuit training with new weights (10lbs, baby), and the exhaustion test for the situp challenge later today, I hope.

This is how things happen to me: We get a one-hour break for lunch, so I say 'hey, it's a nice day, I should go for a walk in the auboretum'. So off I go, and the sun is shining, and the trees have flower buds on, and...

And 3/4 of the way back, all the sudden I realize I have a brand-new, squishy, massive blister.

And it's not like I can stop walking, I have to get back in time for afternoon rounds.

*sulk*

In other news, the tiramisu is still delish. :D
