Feb. 2nd, 2009 07:42 amToday I start the Nutrition rotation, which... has no prereading. And no appointments today. I have no idea what we'll be doing. Whee?
On Saturday: 20 minutes circuit training, plus 224 situps per Week 4 day 2 of the challenge.
On Sunday: Long walk. And sleeping in. Totally hardcore.
Today: 30 minutes of circuit training with new weights (10lbs, baby), and the exhaustion test for the situp challenge later today, I hope.
