So, I like Eleventh Hour. It's an odd sort of medicalish mystery drama with just enough science to be interesting, but not enough to make me want to throw things at the screen.
And then they had to do an episode in my home state.
For the record:
San Jose doesn't look like that. Really really not.
The area described for that vinyard? Is heavily populated and doesn't have space for a sprawling farm with cute rustic farmhouses. The vinyards are farther north.
And for the love of small fluffy things, the UC system doesn't have the campus described in the show.
*facepalm*
*MORE FACEPALM*
ANTIBODIES TAKE DAYS TO PRODUCE, NOT MINUTES, OR HOURS, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.
*is watching currently, yes*
I think my cold is coming back with a vengence. The nausea/sore throat signs haven't returned, but the clogged throat/nose/respiratory tract is most assuredly in effect. I sound like I gargled with Drano.
"Do you know what's in this?" *superintenseomg*
"... Licorice-y goodness?"
And family farms are evol, evidently.
I think I like the other 'lead character is a genius and a little nuts' show better.
In other news, John Barrowman would have been a much better choice for 'Valkyrie', instead of Tom Cruise. We already know he looks good in WWII era gear. Mmmm.

*is watching news*
... Things I don't understand: A police academy graduating a class... when that police force has a hiring freeze. Um. Were they going to be handed out tights, capes, and masks along with a diploma?
