Today, did 25 pushups and 120 situps (per the challenges, week 1 day 1 and week 3 day 1 respectively). The situps (which are actually curls, but I guess the '200 curl challenge' doesn't sound as cool) were fine... the pushups were... um. Wow. I'm fairly sure there's at least one Army Sergeant out there crying who doesn't know why. Sorry, dude (or dudette). Also did 20ish minutes of circuit training (give or take due to cat interruptions).

Also, the kitties (most likely roommate's grey boy) caught and didn't quite kill a bird. Mighty mighty hunters they ain't quite.

EDIT: Why is it when I finally start getting hardcore about my diet (no chocolate yesterday go me) people start showing up at morning rounds with brownies and chocolate banana bread? Why?
