Day 2 of Nutrition coming up - day one was... slow, and slow, but I got an hour lunch, and was off by 5pm, so I can't complain too much. And the veggie/turkey/tomato-y thing that I kind of cobbled together actually tastes pretty good.

Today: 20 minutes circuit cardio, 250 situps. My abs hate me. So does the bottom of my left foot - yeah, that blister didn't go away. Charming. I wonder if anywhere local sells moleskin?
