bodldopsI was going over zuko review questions (we can get them sent to us for free via e-mail) to study a bit for California Boards...
And remembered all of the little strategies I had laid 'for next time'. Like, when I had to take the Nationals again, I would sign up for vet prep. I would hunt down the mythical encyclopedia of possible Nationals questions and spend ages correcting all of it's (supposedly many) inaccuracies. Things like that.
And then I did a happy dance because those plans aren't necessary. :D! I even got a letter from the board two days ago with a 'hey, you passed' content. It might get framed. Just so you know.
In other news, it might not be such a bad thing to take a day off, because the muscles in one foot hurt rather a lot, so giving it a break is probably called for. I just can't have any candy/soda/pretzels (ooooh pretzels)/etc while movie-watching. Which is not bad.
In other, other news, one of the underclassmen was walking an adormidable Pit Bull puppy while I was getting coffee this morning. :D
In other, other, other news, it's still spitting rain. I wish it'd just storm and get it over with. That, and if we get a good, hard rain for a couple weeks, along with a nice snowpack, maybe they won't resort to water rationing this year. Which'd be nice.
