So, things not to do after the cardio of doom: Sit down for prolonged periods.
Ow. Owowow.
Though, 'Foyle's War' with Sam being 'something like a spy' might be worth it. How is Sam Steward made of so much freaking adorable? And why doesn't Foyle's son know freaking adorable when he's hit over the head with it? Silly boy. Well. Considering the other things he misses, perhaps it's not surprising. Oi.
Best scene though?
Sam calling Foyle about the bomb. "Well, sir, someone left a bomb... and I'm stuck."
Poor Foyle. Your people keep getting into trouble. Especially poor Sam. Foyle-Sam interaction is the best of ever, srsly.
