bodldopsSo, on the list of ridiculously fun things:
Performing surgery while listening to Queen. For serious. :D Also, everyone says the enucleation I did yesterday looks fantastic. It makes me all gleeful, especially since the puppy involved is super adorable.
And in the 'my life is too like my fandom' list:
So, I get in this morning, and try to put the key for my car in the ignition, as one does.
It doesn't go in. Not 'didn't want to turn' or 'turned but the car didn't start' or... you know, anything else logical. It would not go in. I could only get it in like a millimeter, which was enough to set off the 'hey your door is open' alarm, but not enough to do anything useful.
So I, being the computer-addicted dork that I am, rush back inside and google 'saturn key won't go into the ignition'. I left off the 'wtf' part of it. Turns out I need to hit it. Hard.
And the only thing I could think of was the Doctor beating on the TARDIS.
Also?
It worked.
