bodldopsOw. Also? Ow. My knee is distinctly unhappy. At 3 in the everloving morning. I guess this means I won't be running later.
Also, WebMD fails to be a) userfriendly or b) reassuring. Basically if you click yes to anything about knees it flails and says see a doctor OMG NOW.
I think I just pulled a muscle around the knee.
It just hurts like a hurting thing.
I just took some Midol, since it's the only painkiller I have here (Lord, how happy will I be when I'm living in my own place with all my stuff, including brace and selection of favorite NSAIDs), so hopefully I'll be able to sleep a bit more and not be awake. Though. Midol. This is not a guarantee.
*siiiiigh* This had better not be an indication of how the day's gonna go.
Also, there are no words to describe how pissed I am that one little run, which wasn't really any harder than any other run I've done lately (just a few minutes longer - like THREE) is enough to make life this .... like this. S'not fair. Really isn't. :( I'd stomp my feet, but a) there's people sleeping downstairs supposedly and b) I don't think my knee'd appreciate the sentiment.
