1) The weather sites swear it's only 41 degrees out there, but I'd swear it is colder. *shivers* I know, I know, but dang. *glowers at fog and clouds*
2) Random Castle commentary (it's on right now): I agree with Castle. This Rose person is totally not who I'd imagine for Nikki Heat. Mostly because Nikki Heat is so obviously Beckett. Anyway. Moving on. Maybe something will come up in the rest of the episode. >.>
3) So I heard Torchwood is finally slated for a new season - on one hand, yay, because on the whole I love their stories (and if there's Martha/Mickey I won't complain at all). On the other hand... the four-episode 'special' was so horrific and obviously aimed for shock value, I'm afraid that's going to become their MO. Dear Torchwood writers, please more like 'Out of the Rain' and 'Something Borrowed', less of 'Combat' and 'Children of Earth'. Scary is more fun when a hefty dose of wit is mixed in.
4) Anyone out there who got or knows someone who got a puppy/kitten for Christmas - if they haven't gone to the vet yet, GO. Preventative care works best when given time to prevent things. ;)
