Having enough
Feb. 23rd, 2004 10:43 amFrankly, I annoy me sometimes. I realized somewhere between yesterday morning and this morning that I have no willpower. None. Ow. This lack of willpower has taken me out of the "You're fine, but you really should drop a couple pounds" zone to "Okay, treadmill, you, now, go." zone. Not badly... but enough to make me concerned. Since I don't want to deal with diabetes (no chocolate! *sob*) or heart attacks or anything else in that not fun category, I'm making a few resolutions for the week. Not for longer, because if they're for longer, I'll break them. Just like I did my New Year's resolutions... I think they lasted the weekend. :P So...
Sara's Resolutions for This Week.
No chocolate. Chocolate milk, okay. Hot chocolate, fine. No bags of chocolate chips. Bad vettecher.
Running four days this week, with a goal of exercising five. It's doable. Really.
No soda. If you didn't get enough sleep last night, tough cookies. Lock Martha out of the room and go to bed an hour earlier.
No excuses.
Hrm. *looks over list* I'm gonna miss chocolate. These resolutions officially took effect Midnight, so, on Sunday night, I'll see what's up.
*hopes for the best, then sees the clock and realizes she just earned herself a run to the lecture hall.* Drat A&P lecture
